Selectmen’s Meeting
May 4, 1999
At Town Meeting at Selectmen’s Table at 7:00 P.M.
Present: Lila Coyle, Phil Lindquist, Noreen O’Toole, Mike Regan and Selectmen: Dan Webster, Judy Murdoch, Cathy Kuchinski, Peter Jones.
I. Murdoch thought that there would have to be agreement among the parties before this article went to Town Meeting.
Linquist wants to stop the permits being issued on these paper streets. Webster agrees that we need to come up with a solution but the Selectmen should not give up there authority. The Board discussed this matter with those present. Jones stated that he would like to see a hearing before this article comes to Town Meeting. Webster believes this needs to be worked out. It is a zoning issue not a Bylaw issue. After discussion the Board took no position on the Article. Motion to adjourn by Kuchinski, 2nd by Murdoch. 4-0 Vote.
7:30 P.M. went forward with Town Meeting.
